Legal disclaimer – Dragon Open 2026
By registering for and/or participating in the Dragon Open 2026, all competitors, coaches, officials, team representatives, and spectators acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Participation in the Dragon Open 2026 is entirely at the participant’s own risk. The organizing committee, venue management, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated organizations cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, damage to personal property, or any other incident occurring before, during, or after the event.
All participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit and adequately insured to compete and attend the tournament. Competitors must comply with all official ITF rules, tournament regulations, safety instructions, and directions provided by referees and event staff at all times.
The organization reserves the right to refuse participation, remove individuals from the venue, or modify the tournament schedule, categories, rules, or event structure if deemed necessary due to safety, organizational, or unforeseen circumstances.
By attending the event, participants and visitors grant the organization permission to use photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the tournament for promotional, marketing, social media, livestream, and communication purposes without compensation.
The Dragon Open 2026 organization is not responsible for travel disruptions, accommodation issues, force majeure situations, governmental restrictions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All registrations and payments are considered final unless otherwise stated by the organization.
